  1.         Quickest Way to Install

  4. 1) Copy the NB3216.zip file into the directory where the program will
  5. reside.
  6.  
  7. 2) run "pkunzip -od nb32163.zip" - which unzips the files and creates the
  8. download and upload directory
  9.  
  10. 3) Add the program to windows 95 or NT.
  11.  
  12. 4) Run it - You need to add you NNTP (NEWS) Server to the server list
  13.     using the setup menu's
  14.  
  15. 5) Look at the newsgroups in the newsgroup menu - add,delete enable or disable
  16.     groups that you want.
  17.  
  18. 6) Hit the start button and sit back.
  19.  
  20. 7) If you get stuck - read the NEWSBIN.TXT - it explains the layout of the
  21. INI file which controls the functionality of the program
